Residence Halls

Our halls offer a number of opportunities for students to interact with their peers and begin the transition into independent living.  Photos of each hall are available below.

Room Rates for Fall 2013-Spring 2014

Single Occupancy Room - $3270 per semester
     Suite: Manokin, Pocomoke, Nanticoke, Wicomico, and St. Martin
     Apartment: Chesapeake Hall (RA rooms only)
     Cluster: Chester, Choptank and Severn (RA rooms only)
     Dogwood Village

Double Occupancy Room - $2970 per semester
     Suite: Manokin, Pocomoke, Nanticoke, Wicomico, and St. Martin
     Apartment: Chesapeake Hall
     Cluster: Chester, Choptank and Severn

Triple Occupancy Room - $2215 per semester
     Cluster: Chester, Choptank and Severn

Sea Gull Square Apartments
     4 bed/2 bath unit - $4110 per semester (per student) - 95% of the units are 4x2.
     4 bed/4 bath unit OR 2 bed/2 bath unit - $4290 per semester (per student) 
*Sea Gull Square is the only main campus residence hall with a 12-month annual contract.

Meal Plans

Students living on main campus are required to have the A or B meal plan.  Those assigned to Chesapeake Hall and Sea Gull Square have the option of choosing the C or D plan as well (or no meal plan at all).  Please visit the Dining Services Web site to find out more about the different meal plan options.
