Our halls offer a number of opportunities for students to interact with their peers and begin the transition into independent living.  Photos of each hall are available below.

Room Rates for Fall 2016-Spring 2017
*rates for 2017-2018 will be published by the state mid-spring
 

Double Occupancy Room
     -Suite: Manokin, Pocomoke, Nanticoke, Wicomico - $3275 per semester
     -Suite: St. Martin - $3180 per semester
     -Apartment: Chesapeake - $3275 per semester
     -Cluster: Chester, Choptank - $3275 per semester
     -Cluster: Severn - $3180 per semester

Single Occupancy Room
     -Suite: Manokin, Pocomoke, Nanticoke, Wicomico - $3636 per semester
     -Dogwood Village - $3636 per semester
     -Suite: St. Martin (RA rooms only) - $3530 per semester
     -Apartment: Chesapeake (RA rooms only) - $3636 per semester
     -Cluster: Chester, Choptank (RA rooms only) - $3636 per semester
     -Cluster: Severn (RA rooms only) - $3530 per semester
    
Triple Occupancy Room
     -Cluster: Chester, Choptank - $2338 per semester
     -Cluster: Severn - $2270 per semester

Sea Gull Square Apartments (per student)
     -4 bed/2 bath unit - $4140 per semester  - 95% of the units are 4 bed x 2 bath.
     -4 bed/4 bath unit - $4320 per semester (4 units in the building)
   
  -2 bed/2 bath unit - $4350 per semester (2 units in the building)
     -2 bed/1 bath unit - $4140 per semester (1 unit in the building)
     -1 bed/1 bath unit - $4350 per semester (1 unit in the building)


*Sea Gull Square is the only main campus residence hall with a 12-month annual contract.

     St. Martin Hall (some returning/transfer students live here as well)
Cluster-Style

*Freshmen may also be assigned to Chesapeake and Dogwood Village.


Returning Student Residence Halls
  (2nd, 3rd and 4th year students)

Apartment-Style
     Chesapeake Hall - double occupancy (2nd year)
     Sea Gull Square - single occupancy (2nd, 3rd and 4th year)

Cottages
     Dogwood Village - single occupancy (2nd, 3rd and 4th year)

East Campus Residence Hall
     University Park Apartments (2nd, 3rd and 4th year)
    
*UP is managed by EdR Collegiate Housing (410-677-0774); separate contract required

Meal Plans

Students living on main campus are required to have the A or B meal plan.  Those assigned to Chesapeake Hall and Sea Gull Square have the option of choosing the C or D plan as well (or no meal plan at all).  Please visit the Dining Services Web site to find out more about the different meal plan options.
