Room Rates for Fall 2018-Spring 2019
Double Occupancy Room
-Suite: Manokin, Pocomoke, Nanticoke, Wicomico - $3475 per semester
-Suite: St. Martin - $3215 per semester
-Apartment: Chesapeake - $3440 per semester
-Cluster: Chester, Choptank, Severn - $3475 per semester
Single Occupancy Room
-Suite: Manokin, Pocomoke, Nanticoke, Wicomico - $3860 per semester
-Dogwood Village - $3710 per semester
Triple Occupancy Room
-Cluster: Chester, Choptank, Severn - $2645 per semester
Sea Gull Square Apartments (per student) - All Single Occupancy
-4 bed/2 bath unit - $4225 per semester - 95% of the units are 4 bed x 2 bath.
-4 bed/4 bath unit - $4410 per semester (4 units in the building)
-2 bed/2 bath unit - $4440 per semester (2 units in the building)
-2 bed/1 bath unit - $4245 per semester (1 unit in the building)
-1 bed/1 bath unit - $4465 per semester (1 unit in the building)
*Sea Gull Square is the only main campus residence hall with a 12-month annual contract.

*UP is managed by EdR Collegiate Housing (410-677-0774); separate contract required
Students living on main campus are required to have the A or B meal plan. Those assigned to Chesapeake Hall and Sea Gull Square have the option of choosing the C or D plan as well (or no meal plan at all).
