Currently, I am a sophomore working towards a dual degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. As a student in the Honors College and the Henson School of Science and Technology, I have been exposed to many rewarding experiences and opportunities. Most memorably, as a result of my work in the Honors 111 course, I completed research in the feasibility of artificial intelligence and presented at a conference in Pittsburgh last spring. This has led me to prepare for future semesters of research with faculty within the math and computer science department. On campus, you can usually find me in the Center for Student Achievement working as a Supplemental Instruction (SI) Leader for all sections of Calculus II offered at Salisbury. I have been able to balance working as an SI with my coursework for both majors thanks to the support provided by the Honors College and academic resources available at Salisbury University. I would love to share more of my experiences with you and I am available to answer any questions you may have about Honors, the Henson School, research, working on campus, or anything else that comes to mind.
