Megan Lynch

Welcome to Salisbury Univeristy! My name is Megan Lynch. I am an involved member of the Honors College in my junior year studying Elementary Education. My plan is to continue onto my masters before leading a classroom of my own! I transferred to Salisbury Univeristy after my freshman year and joined my two siblings in the SU Honors College. Originally from Annapolis MD area, I have been able to complete multiple internships within the Anne Arundel Public Schools During my first year at Salisbury, I was active in both Student United Way (I am the current volunteer coordinator) and Best Buddies. I really enjoy volunteering within the local community and would love to discuss new opportunities for your involvement with some of these wonderful organizations. I am a member of Kappa Delta Pi, the education honors society, and am currently working in the Center for Student Achievement as a tutor for the Praxis exam. I've already completed a few student internships within Wicomico County Elementary Schools and look forward to continuing within this public school system over my next two years at Salisbury University. I highly encourage you to take advantage of the events and resources the Honors College offers as well as the great education available for you at Salisbury University. I'm excited about being able to share my enthusiasm as an Honors Student Ambassador and cannot wait to meet more of the many diverse and interesting students who make up SU's student body. Please feel free to contact me if I can be of assistance, answer any questions, or just be a friendly face!
