Dr. Kenneth Geers, NCIS Computer Investigations &
Operations Analyst and Cyber Subject Matter Expert, to Present
"The Art of Cyberwar" at Salisbury University
On Thursday, November 29th, Dr. Kenneth Geers of the Naval
Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) will present "The Art of
Cyberwar" at 7:00 PM in Perdue Hall, Room 156.
Dr.
Geers' career also includes work at the
National Security Agency, the
Defense Intelligence Agency, an SAIC nuclear arms control
support team, the John F. Kennedy
Assassination Review Board, and the U.S. embassy in
Brussels, Belgium.
An expert in French and Russian, Dr. Geers was the first U.S.
Representative to the Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of
Excellence, in Tallinn, Estonia.
