The IT Help Desk and part of IT Desktop Support have merged into Client Support Services. Building on the support provided in the past, Client Support Services is available to assist students, faculty, staff, retirees, alumni, and guests of the University with technology issues and requests. We are committed to providing you with excellent customer service and prompt technical support solutions.

    Summary: Information Technology is exploring what will be needed to upgrade all SU owned on-campus computers from Microsoft Office 2010 or earlier to Microsoft Office 2013.
