In order to keep your account secure, your SU password is set to expire every 90 days for faculty and staff, and every 180 days for student accounts.

- Using AxCrypt - encryption software. Using this product is for personal data use. If you are looking to protect University data, please first contact the Information Security Group at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All official SU Information Technology Help Desk emails include the IT Help Desk logo banner at the top of the page. Any email you receive without this logo with a link to input your SU username and password that claims to be from IT Help Desk or an IT Administrator is not legitimate and should be deleted, even if it appears to be coming from an SU account. If you have a question about the authenticity of an email, or if an email appears to be suspicious, you should call the Help Desk to confirm prior to clicking links, replying or submitting any information.
In order to keep your account secure, your GullNet account will lock and prevent access after multiple failed login attempts. If your GullNet account is locked, you can unlock your account by clicking the Click here link on the GullNet Logon page, or by calling the Help Desk for assistance at 410-677-5454.
