I can't log into myClasses, but I can log into my GroupWise. I know they're the same password, so what's going on?
One of a couple things actually. First, you can't log into myClasses until the beginning of the semester in which your course is scheduled. So you can begin to login to myClasses at the beginning of the Spring Semester for Spring classes, the beginning of Fall Semester for Fall classes, etc.
Another issue might be that you've never changed your Active Directory password. You need to change it from the original password to synch it with myClasses. Once you set a new password, your password for myClasses will work.
It could be that your browser settings aren't right. Run the browser check on the login page for myClasses to find out.
Yet another possibility is that you aren't signed up for any classes that use myClasses. Ask your professors if they are using myClasses to verify.
Lastly, it could be that your professor hasn't added you to the roster. This usually doesn't prevent you from logging in, but rather from seeing the course in your available courses; but if it is the only course using myClasses or none of your professors have added you to their myClasses roster, it's a remote possibility. As a last resort, ask your professors if they've added you.
