During the Spring and Fall Semesters:
All equipment in the Media Services area exist to serve the Students, Faculty and Staff of the University. Equipment may be signed out or used for academic functions only.
You must have a Valid Student ID before anything can be checked out, and you must complete a Faculty or Student Contract. To download a contract click on the appropriate PDF below.
All equipment is available for a maximum of one day or over a weekend, other lengths of time must be coordinated with A/V Engineering Services.
All equipment can be reserved and returned to the check out counter
Hours of operation for the counter for the semester will be Monday thru Thursday, 9AM to 11pm, 9 Am to 5 PM on Friday and closed on Saturdays
Many items require special training or orientation prior to use and as always regularly scheduled classes take priority. Call 70298 for more details.
The final decision on approval of equipment use will be determined by Media Services. Media Services reserves the right to change or amend the policy without prior notice.
