Online Ticketing and Assistance
You now have the ability to submit questions and tickets, and check on the status of your tickets, online.

To view our Help Desk End User Desktop feature, just go to http://support.salisbury.edu/User/

You will see two options on the left hand side, under Support: New Task, and Check Open Task. Both will require you to log in using your SU  email address and password. If you are not a current Salisbury University student, faculty or staff, you will need to click the Register link and create an account for yourself.

Once you are logged in, you may submit a question or problem to the Help Desk by using the New Task link, or you can check the status of your open tasks by clicking on Check Open Task.
