UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION

Address, Phone, E-mail and Emergency Contact pages can be accessed by logging into your GullNet account and clicking the following links:

Self-Service > Student Center > Personal Information

Remember to save your work using the SAVE button located on each page. Your changes are not stored until the SAVE button is clicked.

The following definitions apply:

BILLING ADDRESS TYPE: This address type can be created, altered, and/or deleted via self-service. This address type should be added if your billing information is to be sent to an address other than the home address type.

BUSINESS PHONE TYPE: This telephone type can be created, altered, and/or deleted via self-service. This telephone type contains the telephone number where you work and should include all 10 digits.

CAMPUS ADDRESS TYPE: This address type is created and maintained by the University and cannot be altered via self-service. This address type contains the campus post office box for students living in on-campus accommodations.

CAMPUS E-MAIL TYPE: This E-mail type is created and maintained by the University and cannot be altered via self-service. This E-mail type contains your E-mail address.

CELLULAR PHONE TYPE: This phone type can be created, altered, and/or deleted via self-service. This phone type contains your cellular telephone number and should include all 10 digits.

FAX PHONE TYPE: This address type is created and maintained by the University and cannot be altered via self-service. This telephone type contains your FAX telephone number and should include all 10 digits.

HOME ADDRESS TYPE: This address type can be altered but not deleted via self-service. This address type is your permanent address and should contain the mailing information to be used while you are not at the University or while the University is not in session.

HOME PHONE TYPE: This phone type can be altered but not deleted via self-service. This phone type corresponds to your permanent address and should include all 10 digits.

INTERNATIONAL ADDRESS TYPE: This address type is created and maintained by the University and cannot be altered via self-service. This address type contains address information for international students in compliance with federal and state government regulation.

LOCAL ADDRESS TYPE: This address type can be created, altered, and/or deleted via self-service. This address type is your local, off-campus address and should contain the mailing information you will use while at the University. If you reside on-campus or at your home address while attending the University, do not populate this address type.

LOCAL PHONE TYPE: This phone type can be created, altered, and/or deleted via self-service. This phone type corresponds to your local address and should include all 10 digits. If you reside at your home address while attending the University, do not populate this phone type.

OTHER E-MAIL TYPE: This e-mail type can be created, altered, and/or deleted via self-service. If you also use an e-mail other than your SU account, this e-mail type should contain that address.
