BUDGET JOURNAL INQUIRY

As noted with purchase orders, vouchers and journal entries, the user can also inquire on budget journals. 

Navigation:

Commitment Control à Maintain Budgets à Budget Journals à Enter Budget Journals

Enter the Business Unit (SUFND) and the Journal ID.  (If the Journal ID is not known, all budget journals will appear for the Business Unit.) 

Select  and the following appears:

Select the Journal ID.

The following page appears:

Select  to view the individual budget journal lines.  (An example of the budget lines can be found on the next page.

The  tab will display any errors.  For inquiry purposes, this will not need to be selected, because all budget journals will have been posted and will therefore not have any currently existing errors.
