  2. Inserted "U" and "F" grades will open a Last Date of Attendance field which must be populated for Federal Title IV funding purposes. This date is defined as the last date of class attendance or the submission any other academically related activity/ assignment for this student.  This date can be no earlier than the first day of classes nor later than the last day of final examinations.
  3. Check and uncheck the Display Ungraded Students Only checkbox to look for students you may have forgotten to grade. You must provide a legal grade for each student.
  4. After all grades have been input, change the Approval Status to "Ready for Review."
  5. Recheck your work. Errors can be corrected by changing the Approval Status back to "Not Reviewed."
  6. After all grades have been reviewed for accuracy, change the Approval Status to "Approved."
  7. Click SAVE button located in the lower right corner of the page to save your work. WARNING: YOU MUST SAVE YOUR WORK BEFORE EXITING!
