| Description: | Funding supports research on Chinese studies in the humanities and social sciences. Researchers focusing on the social, cultural, economic or political development of Taiwan over the past few decades are especially encouraged to apply. Priority will be given to collaborative projects with scholars in Taiwan. Research grants are usually given for no more than two years. The deadline is October 15 annually.
