| Description: | This program provides grants to promote international cultural exchange. They currently promote international cultural exchange by introducing American culture overseas and introducing American audiences to other cultures, especially in Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East.
DEADLINE NOTE:
The Board of Directors meets four times per year: January, April, July, and October. The Foundation receives and reviews proposals year-round.
