Description:	Funding supports projects to provide technology evolutions including readiness surveys, operationals assessments, demonstrations, transitions to acquisition, including war fighting operational concepts and technical solutions, transformational, joint, and coalition warfare to include, but not limited to the following general areas of interest: surveys; collections; process/analyzing; geolocation and tracking; tactical remoting; and tactical support to cyber to name a few study areas. Academic institutions are strongly encouraged to participate; however only U.S. organizations capable of receiving, processing, and storing export controlled and classified information associated with this effort are eligible for awards.
