| Description: | This program seeks proposals to strengthen the ability of global institutions to manage and conserve species, habitats, and ecological processes for the benefit of the people of the Americas and the world. Regions include Africa (12/1); Latin America and the Caribbean (3/15); and Mexico (10/1). Colleges and universities are eligible to apply. Similar dates are expected for FY 13.
