Description:	Funding supports research exclusively in the social sciences. Project Awards of $35,000-$500,000 support basic social science research to improve social policies. Letters of intent are required four weeks prior to full proposal deadlines (target deadlines: 3/1 and 8/1). Research Programs include: Social Inequality, Immigration, Future of Work, Behavioral Economics and Cultural Contact. The program primarily supports analyzing existing data, not data collection.
