| Description: | Funding provides up to $3,500 for several proposals of original research on congressional leadership and the U.S. Congress. The program supports political scientists, historians, biographers, scholars of public administration or American studies, and journalists. Research teams are eligible. Graduate students encouraged to apply for dissertation support. The annual deadline is March 1.
