| Description: | Funding supports fundamental research that increases understanding of cognitive, linguistic, social, cultural, and biological processes related to children's and adolescents' development and learning. Research will add to knowledge of how people learn and the developmental processes that support learning, leading children and adolescents to grow up to take productive roles as workers and citizens. The National Science Foundation is currently accepting individual investigator and workshop/small conference proposals. Annual target dates are 1/15 and 7/15.
