| Description: | NEA supports state arts agencies throughout the U.S. to plan, evaluate, make decisions, & act as leaders in support of the arts. Forty percent of NEA's appropriation goes to these agencies. They also support regional partnerships for planning, evaluation, access, & arts touring series. Limited funding is available for national services provided by membership organizations of state arts agencies & regional arts organizations. There are no fixed deadlines.
