| Description: | Funding supports academic and public policy research directed at solving significant social problems through voluntary action and free enterprise. Priority is for projects that find market-based solutions to problematic social issues. For research, the foundation primarily funds areas of economics, history, philosophy, political science, and organizational behavior. Required letter of intent accepted at any time, full proposals will be requested. Allow three months for response. There is no fixed deadline.
