| Description: | The program supports dissertation research on child care policy issues. Researchers, legislators and child-care providers partner to produce top-notch data that can lead to policy and program improvement. Public and private colleges and universities are eligible to apply Funding estimate is $150,000 for six awards.

Mid-May deadline is tentative. Submission guidelines and information will be available in March, 2013. Applicants can get a jump start of the FY 2013 application process by using last year's solicitation.
