The Setting

Berlin, Germany

The capital of Germany, Berlin, has a vibrant history that is reflected in the country today.   After being 70% destroyed during WWII, Berlin continues to reconstruct its city.  The German government relocated to Berlin after the unification of east and west Germany in 1990, which had been separated by the Berlin Wall since 1961.

With a population of nearly 3.5 million, Berlin thrives with many cultural and entertainment opportunities.   Known for its cosmopolitan, exciting, and busy atmosphere, Berlin offers museums, theatres, art galleries, and concerts.

Paris, France

Paris, the City of Lights, has long been known as a major cultural, intellectual and commercial center of the world. From its historical monuments like the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame and the Arch de Triomphe to its modern aspects like the Centre Pompidou, la Défense and le Pyramide at the Louvre museum, there is always something to see and do in a city with such a colorful history and reputation.
