Council
MISSION STATEMENT
The International Council of the Franklin P. Perdue School of Business at Salisbury University is the faculty policy making body designated to coordinate and oversee
the international programs and activities of the Perdue School of Business. The Council's
role is to assist/guide the school in its internationalization. This may include (but is
not limited to) internationalizing its curriculum, faculty, student body, and outreach
activities/programs.
Operationally, the Council is responsible for managing the International Business
Concentration, overseeing specific international outreach programs and the activities of the
Global Programs Administrator, and administering the Perdue School's international budget
expenditures.
In its role, the Council may initiate and/or approve international activities/programs,
such as grant applications, and make recommendations to the Dean. The Council may also
interface with other units on campus and externally, to provide assistance to the
internationalization of the School and the university.
