Fun Day - Explore SU

Salisbury University’s Fun Day is a family-oriented education festival that provides local children with unique opportunities to experience new things—like meeting live reptiles and learning sports from Sea Gull athletes.

Currently there are no plans for a Fun Day 2009; however, organizers hope to bring this family event back soon.

In 2008, Fun Day drew more than 4,000 community members to campus for such highlights as mountain bike stunt shows and a Renaissance Fair with live jousts.

Designed as an interactive environment for kids, other festival activities have included rock climbing, live music, inflatable moon bounces, arts and crafts, games, free prizes and more. Visitors have also enjoyed pottery making demonstrations, the always popular Fire & Ice show and many other activities which incorporate the arts, science, math, safety and more!

Events are always FREE. Stay tuned for more details about Salisbury University’s next Fun Day!
