Purpose:
- To create a mixed use retail/living facility that will
both benefit the campus and the surrounding community.
- The retail portion will include tenants appropriate to
and conducive with this important campus and civic location.
- The residential portion will support the academic
mission of the university by providing a first class
on-campus, 605 bed, living/learning/student community
facility.

Features:
- Apartment style housing; each apartment with its own
washer/dryer, dishwasher, and central HVAC heating/cooling
unit
- Security cameras and emergency phones will be
strategically located throughout
- Entrance to residential areas by authorized Gull
Card only
- The project is designed to achieve LEED Silver
certification. Bicycle storage integrated into building to
encourage “green” transportation
- Building design to both encourage student community and
maintain building security
- All five floors will be ADA accessible
- Student community spaces such as lounges, large exercise
room, large classroom, and study rooms
- Gull Card operated vending room
- Gull Card laundry room for large items
- Wet sprinkler fire protection system throughout the
building
- Lighting with multi-level switching or motion sensors to
conserve energy
- Building supply of fresh air via central roof mounted
units that also heat/cool the common areas

- Five story building with brick exterior and roof
profiles to match current TETC and Perdue School (under
construction) buildings
- Coordinated exterior signage, awnings and street
