The Marshall W. Moore Scholarship Program of Salisbury University Foundation, Inc. was established in 2006, for Salisbury University students.  This scholarship was named to honor a founding member of the Salisbury University Foundation who demonstrated an unyielding dedication to this fine institution and its students.

This scholarship is awarded to a Junior or Senior level student with a proven academic record (minimum 3.0 GPA) at SU.  Preference is given to "non-traditional" students who demonstrate a financial need.  The recipient will be awarded $1000, which can be renewable for an additional year if they maintain their 3.0 or higher GPA status as a SU student.

To apply, students should submit a letter of recommendation from a Salisbury University faculty member along with a biographical essay that includes information on the themselves, their activities while at SU and their plans for the future.

Submission deadline is July 31st of each year.  The Grants Committee of Salisbury University Foundation will review all applications and make awards each fall.
