You'll Feel at Home in No Time!

Welcome to Residence Life at SU!

As a new student, you’ll discover that a residence hall is more than just a place to live. It’s where you’ll find other students who share similar interests, make new friendships that will last a lifetime and learn a greater sense of personal responsibility. Sure, there will be many transitions when you first arrive, but our staff is here to make your adjustment to college life a successful one. We can help you find your way around campus, sign up for classes and understand school policies and procedures. When you need help, we’re here!

Residency Requirement

Salisbury University has a two-year residency requirement for all freshmen and sophomore students. Freshmen students beginning in the fall semester are required to live on campus for four semesters and students beginning in the spring semester live on campus for three semesters.

The great thing about SU housing is the options that you have.
