Beyond the Surface

This video installation explores the intersection between physical and metaphysical through the interplay of light, shadow, sculpture and projected video imagery. Kim uses a variety of media to effectively place the viewer between the realms of reality and imagination within a contemplative framework. The artist has exhibited internationally in Russia, Italy, Japan, Germany, Taiwan, and his native Korea.
