Thanks to a generous gift from the PNC Foundation, 5 students from the Practicum in Portfolio Management class were able to attend the G.A.M.E. Forum in New York City March 19-21, 2015. This outstanding experience further enhanced the experiential learning opportunities supported by the department and the Perdue School of Business, allowing students to attend panel discussions by some of the most prominent investment professionals in the country, as well as network with many professionals and peers. During this event, students had a chance to hear from high profile practitioners like Ralph Acampora, Guy Adami, Abby Joseph Cohen, Gary Katz, Tom Keene, Jon Najarian, Joseph Terranova among others. Students also had the opportunity to participate in a poster session presentation of SU’s student managed investment fund.
