Office of Diversity works in partnership with the Office

search and selection process; and compiles applicant and employee
data on an annual basis to assist the University in diversifying
and retaining a high quality workforce.
The Office of
Diversity directly assists with Fair Practice issues supporting
Salisbury University’s
Policy Prohibiting Sexual and Other Discriminatory Harassment (PDF) and
also hears complaints in regards sexual harassment and
discrimination on campus and works in partnership with
appropriate parties to resolve these issues.
