  • HIST 102-011 WORLD CIVILIZATIONS
    Examination of global progress in major civilizations from prehistoric times to the present emphasizing the economic, social, cultural, intellectual and political trends motivating human beings. Note: 101 and 102 do not have to be taken in sequential order. Three hours per week with enhancement. Meets General Education IIA or IIB (Prior to Fall 2008: IIA).
  • HIST 102-451 WORLD CIVILIZATIONS
    Examination of global progress in major civilizations from prehistoric times to the present emphasizing the economic, social, cultural, intellectual and political trends motivating human beings.   • HIST 334-001 COLONIAL LATIN AMERICA
    History of Colonial Latin America, focusing on the interaction between various Native American groups and the Spanish and Portuguese, as well as political and economic movements which accompanied colonization. Prerequisites: Sophomore standing or permission of instructor. Three hours per week with enhancement. Meets General Education IIB.
