A Taste of Tibet - Dining on the Roof of the World

Join us in the Bistro on Wednesday, September 18, from 4:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. as Cultural Affairs and University Dining Services present A Taste of Tibet - Dining on the Roof of the World. Tibetan cuisine, like the country, is unique. It has been likened to the cuisines of India and Nepal, but with a character distinctly its own. Enjoy an evening feasting on corn soup, butter chicken, Tibetan curry with beef, Tibetan noodle stew with lamb and spinach, rice, potato curry, greens with tofu, assorted flat breads, Himalayan rice pudding with cashews and coconut and Tibetan style cream cheese cake.
