It has been likened to the cuisines of India and Nepal, but with a character distinctly its own. Enjoy an evening feasting on corn soup, butter chicken (Jasha), Tibetan curry with beef, rice, curry vegetables with tofu, assorted flat breads, Himalayan rice pudding with non-breads & coconut, and Tibetan-style cheesecake.
