Join us in the Bistro on Wednesday, April 13, from 4:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. as Cultural Affairs and University Dining Services present "A Taste of Tibet - Dining on the Roof of the World." Tibetan cuisine, like the country, is unique. It has been likened to the cuisines of India and Nepal, but with a character distinctly its own. Enjoy an evening feasting on corn soup, butter chicken,Tibetan curry with beef, rice, potato curry, greens with tofu, assorted flat breads, Himalayan rice pudding with cashews and coconut and Tibetan style cream cheese cake.

Adults (6 & over): $12.48 plus tax
Children (5 & under): $7.57 plus tax
