What is the typical response time for classroom
problems?
When possible we will respond to calls for
assistance in classrooms immediately. Most issues are resolved
on the spot, some issues may take longer to resolve. We
will always do what we can to ensure your class or event will go
on as planned.
How do I gain access to the podium?
Faculty needing access to the podium
equipment should acquire a key from your departmental
administrative assistant. For student groups, if the podium is
locked and you need access to the equipment please contact
Classroom Technology Services at 410-543-6230 (on campus 36230).
What types of connections are available for
connecting laptops and other devices?
All classrooms are equipped with a VGA
connection. To
ensure your laptop will connect to our systems, please provide
the appropriate adapter to VGA (RGB). Classroom Technology does
not provide adapters for laptops or other devices.
I can't login. Who do I contact?
If you are a Faculty, Staff, or Student of
the University, contact the Help Desk at 410-677-5454. Classroom
Technology technicians are unable to create accounts or log you
in for security reasons. It is best to test your account and
password prior to the first use of the classroom equipment.
