Off Campus Housing

University Park offers contemporary apartment style units for residents participating in a campus conference, seminar or special program. The facility is located on the east side of U.S. Route 13 and is within easy access of the University.


University Park is available for housing summer guests from the first week of June through the second week of August.
 
University Park offers the following amenities:

  • fully furnished apartment/ 4 single bedrooms/ 2 baths
  • modern kitchen with microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher
  • washer and dryer
  • air conditioned
  • on-site pool and clubhouse w/ big screen TV


On Campus Housing
 
University Residence Halls are available from the 1st week of June through the 1st week of August.  Residence halls are available for guests participating in on campus conferences, sports camps and special programs. Listed below are the various floor plan configurations of University residence halls.

Traditional Residence Halls:  (Nanticoke Hall, Manokin Hall, Wicomico Hall and Pocomoke Hall)

  • Each traditional hall consists of three floors with no elevator
  • Each traditional hall consists of double occupancy bedrooms with shared bathrooms located on each floor
  • A large lounge is located in the basement

High Rise Residence Halls: (Choptank Hall, Chester Hall and Severn Hall)

  • Each high rise residence hall consists of six floors with an elevator
  • These facilities house residents in clustered units consisting of five double occupancy bedrooms surrounding one central  shared bathroom
  • Each building has a small lounge on the second through the sixth floors
  • The first floor lounge in each building is larger and may be used for registration or conference activities.


Choptank Hall

Chesapeake Residence Hall:

  • Chesapeake Hall is a three-story building with no elevator
  • This residence hall consists of twenty-two (22) units which houses eight residents per unit in four (4) double occupancy bedrooms. Each unit has 2 1/2 baths, small lounge, and kitchenette

St. Martin Residence Hall:

  • St. Martin Hall is a three-story building with no elevator
  • This residence hall consists of 146 double occupancy bedrooms housing 292 residents
  • Residents are housed in units of two double occupancy bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
  • St. Martin Hall has one lounge with a television located on the first floor

NOTE: A basic linen package can be provided for each resident.   The package includes a bed spread, pillow, towels and wash cloths.

Residence hall beds are not made up in advance by the Housing Department.
