On The Go
By Car
All cars parked on campus are required to have a parking permit. Students are
assigned parking lots according to their class standing. Obtain a parking permit
from Salisbury University Police located in the East Campus Complex Room 149 on
Power Street (close to Sea Gull Stadium). For information on parking policies
and pricing, please contact them at 410-543-6338 or visit the Parking Services
Web site.
By Bike
Cycling is an excellent way to travel around the campus community. Salisbury
University offers bike racks all over campus for students who prefer to cycle.
All cyclists should make sure that their bike is locked at all times. A
University Police-recommended bike lock may be purchased at the Guerrieri Center
Information Desk at cost. Additionally,
students are encouraged to register their bikes with University Police.
Public Transit
Shore Transit bus service runs throughout Wicomico, Somerset and Worcester
counties. For more information and bus schedules, check out their Web site.
On Foot
Students who live in nearby areas have, of course, the option to walk to
campus. A number of marked crosswalks are present all around campus.
Additionally, a pedestrian tunnel connects main campus to the east side of
US-13. To ensure their safety, students are encouraged to use both marked
crosswalks and the tunnel when getting to campus.
