The University Commencement Committee issues tickets for guests who wish to attend the commencement ceremony.  Each graduate will receive 5 guest tickets. 

  • Tickets will be distributed by the SU Bookstore during cap/gown pick-up, April 15 - April 19.

  • ADMISSION WILL BE BY TICKET ONLY. 

  • All guests will require a ticket, including children of all ages.

  • Tickets are distributed to students only; they are not available to the public.

Each ceremony typically lasts two hours; a reception follows each ceremony.

Students are strongly advised to keep Commencement tickets in a safe place as lost tickets will not be replaced. All students will sign an acknowledgement that they have received their numbered tickets.

EXTRA TICKET DISTRIBUTION

If extra tickets are available after the Cap & Gown Pick-Up Event (April 15-19), extra tickets will be distributed on a first come/first served basis.  Details about availability of extra tickets will be provided by April 26th by email to all SU student email accounts.  Please note that the availability of extra tickets is not guaranteed.
