COMMENCEMENT SPEAKER

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

APPLICATION DEADLINE IS 5:00 PM, FRIDAY, MARCH 29, 2013

Your application includes the following components:

• Completion of the online application.
• Your speech in Microsoft Word format.
• Completed “Summary of Activities” form.

To obtain an electronic copy of the “Summary of Activities” form:

1. Download the "Summary of Activities" (Word Doc) form.
    
2. Complete the "Activities" form and save the file to your computer or an external drive.
   

To submit your application for Commencement Speaker online:

1. Go to the COMMENCEMENT SPEAKER Online Application (login may be required)
    
2. Complete the online application.
    
3. Upload your speech in Microsoft Word format.
       
4. Upload your Summary of Activities form in Microsoft Word format.
    

Finalists will be asked to present speeches to the Commencement Committee on Friday, April 12, 2013.
