Dates & Deadlines

Please note the following dates and deadlines: 

GRAD FAIR and GRAD FAIR PICKUP AT THE BOOKSTORE - Please note hours carefully.

February 19-21, 2008 from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.: Grad Fair Ordering Session at the Bookstore- Place orders for nursing pins, caps and gowns. (NOTE: There is no charge for caps and gowns. A representative is available for custom cap/gown fitting.) Students may also order announcements, diploma frames and rings at this time. For questions once you have placed your order, call the following numbers: For announcements, frames and rings: 1-877-GRAD123; for all other questions: 410-543-6390. February 29 is the last day to order cap and gown.

April 16 & 17 from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. --AND-- April 18 from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. : Pick up caps and gowns and tickets at the Grad Fair Pick Up in the University Bookstore. Students who are not able to pick up their graduation items because they are student teaching outside the area or otherwise not on campus may contact Lisa Gray at the University Bookstore (410-543-6390; lggray@salisbury.edu ) to make special arrangements. TICKETS ARE ALSO GIVEN TO STUDENTS AT TIME OF CAP AND GOWN PICK UP.  TICKET NUMBERS ARE RECORDED AND NO REPLACEMENTS WILL BE ISSUED. The deadline to pick up cap/gown and tickets is Friday, May 16, at 12 noon.
