Faculty Commencement Information

Fall Commencement Ceremony

Faculty and staff should enter through the Midway Room entrance and line up for the processional in the Danang Room of the Civic Center at 1:15 pm for the 2 pm ceremony. Faculty members are required to attend; those who are unable to do so should inform their respective school dean. Only faculty members dressed in academic regalia will be seated on the arena floor.   

Spring Commencement Ceremony

Faculty and staff should enter through the Midway Room entrance and line up for the processional in the Danang Room of the Civic Center at 9:15 am for the 10 am ceremony or at 1:45 pm for the 2:30 pm ceremony. Faculty members are required to attend; those who are unable to do so should inform their respective school dean. Only faculty members dressed in academic regalia will be seated on the arena floor.
