- Dr. Anita Brown is another new face in the SU chemistry department this
year. However she is no stranger to the campus as she earned a B.S. in chemistry
from SU in 1990. Following graduation she worked as a chemist for the Department
of the Army then went back to graduate school at the University of Delaware. She
successfully defended her thesis in October of 1997. Dr. Brown is currently
teaching Physical Chemistry and the new Advanced Experimental Lab. Her research
interests include heterogenous reactions related to stratospheric ozone
depletion.
