Choosing Your Major
How to Choose a Major?????
-Write down who you are planning on using as a resource to select
your major?
Here's a list of things you can do to explore possible majors. Some are
easier than others. Some may take an hour while others take a quarter.
Some will work for you and some won't.
1. Set specific goals. For
example, "By the end of this quarter I'll attend information sessions
for my top five majors, try to narrow to three, then meet with the
department advisers for those majors."

process.
3. Look at the list of undergraduate
majors.
4. Attend some information sessions.
5. Attend a "Choosing Your Major"
workshop.
6. Take a few introductory courses.
7. Talk with department or college
advisers.
8. Talk with faculty in the major.
9. Talk with students already declared in
the major.
10.Talk with a premajor adviser.
