Students who have a Career Development Action Plan feel more prepared career wise for the professional world by the time they graduate.

Students must thoughtfully and carefully prepare for a career that is going to be rewarding to them.  There are various "steps" to the action plan and the steps include self-assessment of skills, interests and values.  As you go through the steps you must research and explore the various careers you are considering and from this research career paths will be discovered.

SU has a Four Year Plan for freshman, sophomore, junior and seniors that consist of activities you may want to participate in throughout your collegiate careers.  These activities will assist you in career choice.  Click here to view the Four Year Action Plan.
