Interview or 2nd Phone Interview with Hiring Manager

Start Date: May 28th (day after memorial day) but willing to make exception for highly qualified

candidates who won’t be able to start that early. Some departments have requested interns start as

early as possible (Enrollment, Leader Development & Talent) so willing to make exception for that as

well.

TEAM! As an intern at SUCCESS, you are a key player in your department’s function as they work to

support our organization’s mission.

Skill Set Growth and Development: Through ongoing mentorship and training during your time with us,

you will gain real experience, developing your project, time and resource management skills. All of

which can be applied to your future academic and professional endeavors. You will work directly

with a Success Academy Charter Schools Director who will oversee your work, help identify project

goals, and support your professional development. You will have the opportunity to attend

department and network-wide meetings as well as organization-wide events.

Weekly lunch presentations held by the Network’s different departments will give interns a sense of

the role they play in our overall function, providing exposure to the basic framework of a successful

nonprofit.

Application Deadline: We will actively recruit and accept applications until all positions are filled.

However, applicants are encouraged to apply by March 31st.
