Information Technology Programming Internship with Maryland State Archives

Who: Undergraduate or graduate level college students attending Maryland schools or Maryland residents attending out-of-state schools are eligible to apply. The competitive selection process is based on an evaluation of the following application materials:
What: During the internship program, the intern will engage in a variety of activities related to the designing, developing, testing, implementing and maintaining applications and programs. Application development at the archives is centered around object oriented, database driven desktop and web applications for internal use. Knowledge of VB.NET, ASP.NET, ColdFusion, HTML, and/or MS SQL Server is preferred. Any additional programming experience in other languages is also a plus. Interns will receive an hourly wage, paid bi-weekly. Hourly rates are based on education level: undergraduate at $10.99 per hour, and graduate at $11.61 per hour.
