Description Of Internship: Filing, Typing Service Contracts, Answering phones, inputting vendor invoices, social media development and updates, billing customers, scheduling appointments. Basically assisting Office Manager with daily tasks.
Qualifications: Able to learn computer software for HVAC/Plumbing company. Accounting or Marketing major would be preferred.
