Responsibility, the umbrella word that for years has described how
companies affect and impact the lives of the people they touch, has
taken on a new meaning and renewed importance.
When it comes to attracting the best and brightest young people in
today’s tight labor market, employers who publicly discuss and
demonstrate their commitment to being ‘green’ (eco-friendly) are likely
