Students
Communication Art/Media Employers

Communication Arts is a degree area that is very flexible and applies to
many career areas. There are students working in advertising,
audio visual/multimedia, photography, event planning, business, film,
public relations, journalism, TV and more. That is one aspect of
having a Communication Arts degree. The difficult part is not
being able to select a focus area. One way to determine that is to
do more than one internship. Actually working in the field gives
you a great overview of what the career is like. In addition you
could talk to alumni in our Mentor Network. They would be more
than happy to tell you what they like and dislike about their
profession.
The above stated menu give you links to many job-related websites. The
links are broken in to career areas that are applicable for Communication
Arts students.
