Directions to sign-up

UMES Students:  Please call SU Career Services at 410-543-6075 to sign-up.  We will give you access to our system.

Salisbury Students:  In order to sign up for consideration for an on-campus interview, you must:

-go to http://salisbury.experience.com/er/security/login.jsp and login (login instructions on the right side of the page)

-You may have to complete two pages about your profile (you can skip this one) if this is your first time in eRecruiting.

-Once you are in eRecruiting, click on "Documents" and upload your resume.  The Documents link is on the top in menu bar.  After clicking on this link you will view a drop-down-select "Upload a Document" from that drop-down. Once you have uploaded your resume, make sure to "Publish" it to the appropriate resume folders.  If you do not upload a resume, you can NOT apply for any scheduled interviews.

-After uploading your resume, click on "Calendar"  and "Event search" from the drop-down.  Select "By Event Type" on the next screen and choose "Interview Schedule" (first selection) from the drop down.

-You will now view all the on-campus interviews setup by Career Services. Click on the "Job Title" (not employer) you wish to interview for.

-The next screen will give you a description about the job and the school district.  At the bottom of the page you will see a red button at the bottom that states "Apply."  Click on it.

-You will then be asked to "Submit a Document" which is typically your resume.  Now submit your resume.

-If the schedule is "Open" you will automatically be able to sign up for a time slot.  If it is a "Pre-Select" (most of them!) the employer will look at your resume and make a decision later as to whether they will interview you or not.  You will receive an email or you can check the status of your application by clicking on the "Applications" link on the top grey menu bar.  If you are accepted to interview you can then select a time slot which is a link displayed in the Applications link.
